The 360° ECO-System by CARSYNC! The optimal fleet management system for all corporate fleets to support in all daily fleet management tasks from A to Z in one application.

For Drivers: Is your fleet managed with the 360° ECO-System? Utilize the app for your driver's license check, to view vehicle data, record mileage, process approvals, and schedule appointments such as tire changes.

For Fleet Managers: Use the app as a perfect complement to your 360° ECO web application to view your fleet data from your smartphone - anytime, anywhere.

<li>Driver's license check via smartphone: Perform your driver's license check independently with the familiar ID control method Auto-Ident, without the need to visit the fleet management or control station.</li>
<li>Appointment booking: Schedule appointments at workshops and partners directly via smartphone, choose your workshop appointment independently, and get an insight into available workshop slots.</li>
<li>Mileage tracking: Record the current mileage of your vehicle directly through the app.</li>
<li>Approvals: Grant approvals requested by your fleet manager conveniently through the app.</li>
<li>Digital vehicle file: Includes all data, documents, and information regarding vehicles (e.g., cars, bicycles, or trucks) in the fleet.</li>
<li>Driver profile: Access personal driver data including contact information for fleet managers and supervisors.</li>
<li>Archiving: All data is stored in the EU and kept for ten years in compliance with current tax regulations.</li>

As a complement or replacement for your manual mileage log - the digital CARSYNC mileage log. Benefit from easy tracking of business or private trips, regardless of time or location using your smartphone. This allows for accurate and quick recording of trips eliminating the need for a flat-rate taxation method like the 1% rule. Depending on the vehicle model and route profile, using a mileage log can provide tax advantages over €2,700. You also receive information on pending tasks. Home, work, and family trips can be captured with automatic detection of detours and designation as mixed trips becoming possible. Optionally: Maintain the digital mileage log via an Internet browser at app.carsync.de/
